This 4th floor beach condo is absolutely STUNNING! You will find this unit to be tasteful decorated with upgraded tile flooring,
granite and cabinets throughout. You will find amazing ocean and pool views in which you can see from the master bedroom,
living room and kitchen through the extra large, floor-to-ceiling windows/patio door. You may also enjoy these gulf views from
the extra large balcony right off the living room. It's the perfect place for your morning coffee or to simply relax and read
while you listen to the waves below. For your convenience, this unit is close to it's reserved parking space within the
attached parking garage. Some of the amenities you will find are free WIFI, flat-screen televisions in every room, quality
furnishings/decor and a fully equipped kitchen. The resort, at the Shores of Panama, is the best on the beach and is perfectly
located right on the beach. Enjoy the 14,000 square foot, lagoon style pool area featuring a lazy river style pool, large hot tub,
waterfalls, fountains, lounge chairs, a tiki bar and grill among much more. For those cooler days, you may enjoy the indoor heated
pool and hot tub. The best part of all ~ the beach is only a few short steps away! The extra wide beach frontage with sugar-like
sand by the Shores of Panama is true paradise!!!
There is also a bunkroom with bunkbeds, a small closet and a TV. This room has a privacy door and is attached to a full bathroom
with a washer and dryer. The living room now has a queen sofa sleeper.

The resort at the Shores of Panama charges guests a $30/day amenities fee. This fee is optional and is per unit NOT per person.
The fee is collected when and if interested in using the amenities. This is not an additional fee, but rather a separated fee

We stayed in this unit from July 12th - July 19th 2014. This condo was amazing! Very clean, king size bed was very, very comfy, kitchen
fully equipped! The 2 best features were definitely the reserved parking spot on same floor and being able to take take the stairs and
avoid elevators while not sacrificing a view! The best part is the owner was always accessible and very helpful. She has her own cleaning
crew and actually called us to let us know that the unit was ready 2 hours early ( would never happen renting through the SOP). We also
didn't have to check in at front desk because room has a keypad entry and the parking pass was waiting for us on the kitchen counter!
This is the first time renting by owner and this is the way to go! We would definitely stay in this unit again!!
We enjoyed our stay so much that ee decided to stay another night. Thank you Nicholle for helping us on such short notice. This
condo was just as wonderful as the first with amazing view. sad to leave, didnt want the honeymoon to end. We will be back, it
will be a perfect vacation spot for my new family. Thank you again Nicholle.
